Kaitake Fresh is a little different to your usual creamery. Our primary purpose is to serve you with fresh pasteurised milk delivered straight to your door providing ease and convenience.
Step 1
Purchase your desired number of reusable glass bottles for a one-off payment of $4 per bottle.
If you plan on ordering 3 bottles of milk each delivery you will need to order 3 bottles.
Step 2
Order how many litres of milk you are after.
Remember if you want 3 bottles delivered at once you will need to have initially ordered 3 bottles.
Step 3
Choose your delivery date.
You will need to decide what day you would like a delivery to ensure you are there to collect. We deliver to New Plymouth, Bell Block and Oakura every Monday between 5am and 3pm.
Orders need to be made by 9pm the previous day of delivery
Step 4
Wait upon your delivery and enjoy your Kaitake Fresh milk.
We aim to deliver milk by 3pm each delivery day so please have your bottles out by 5am as times will change slightly. If you don’t think you will be home, please leave out a chilly bin with ice to keep your milk fresh.
Step 5
Order more
When you have purchased the right number of bottles, all you need to do is order your next delivery.
Step 6
Leave your rinsed bottles at the door before new delivery.
Please rinse them with cold water and we give them a good clean and sterilise.
Step 7
Our Kaitake Fresh delivery service will then swing by, collect your used bottles and replace them with your new order.
We will sterilise all bottles when collected ready for your next delivery.
Step 8
Enjoy your freshly delivered milk.
