At Kaitake Fresh Creamery we uphold the highest standard of quality with every purchase. Our personal guarantee means you can purchase our milk with confidence. In most cases we have cared for the cows from birth. If you are not happy with any milk you receive from Kaitake Fresh Creamery please contact us and we will work quickly to remedy any concerns you have. This could result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product if after 24 hours from the delivery of your product we will be unable to replace or credit the goods.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All Kaitake Fresh Creamery products can be purchased using secure online MasterCard and Visa transaction facilities. We are confident that your online details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and will not be used for any other purpose than Kaitake Fresh Creamery transactions.
PRICE AND DELIVERY
All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
DELIVERY TIME
Our deliveries to New Plymouth, Oakura and Bell Block areas are currently made between 5am and 3pm on Mondays.
DELAYS
If your delivery is delayed due to unavailability, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay and tell you of the expected delivery date. We work with you to come up with the best alternative date for your delivery.
QUALITY AND QUANTITY COMMITMENT
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with our products or you do not receive the products you expected, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the issue can’t be resolved, we will happily refund the purchase price paid.
Any refunds will be credited back onto your account with us.
